They have divided their modules into two separate divisions. The first module is the eTrace which focuses on tracking shipments made via Air. The second module is the LCL Track and Trace, which is about shipments made via ship.
All you need to track your shipment is the Consignment Number placed on the Waybill. A Waybill is a contract stating that your courier is under the care of their company while it is being shipped. It is done for legal reasons. A consignment is a legal term for a courier a arises from the fact that you need to sign on the Waybill. In case you’re opting for air, the Waybill will also be called the AirWaybill. Follow these steps to track your consignment.
eTrack
eTrack is used to track shipments made via Air. It is valid for international shipments as well as shipments made within the Philippines. In order to track your consignment, follow these steps:
- Search for your Consignment Number on your Waybill.
- Choose eTrack from the options.
- Enter the Consignment number in the text field.
- Click on Track.

LCL Track and Trace
LCL Track and Trace is a program by 2GO used to track surface shipments shipped via land or sea. It is valid for both inside and outside of Philippines. Follow these steps to track your shipment:
- Search for your Consignment number on your Waybill.
- Choose LCL Track and Trace from the options.
- Enter the Consignment Number in the text field.
- Click on Track.
That’s all there is to it! Now you can track and even trace the location of your parcel as it ships around the world right from your home.
