Steps to Track
Tracking your shipment via The Professional Couriers can get a little messy because of the architecture which the development team used when developing the tracking software. While the shipment can be distributed in three phases, what you need is either the Consignment number or the Reference Number which is present on your Waybill. For those who don’t know what a Waybill is, it is a statement claiming that the article being transported is under the company’s care until the time it reaches the destination. It is done for a variety of Legal Reasons. Follow these steps below to track your consignment:
Domestic Shipments
Domestic shipments are made inside of India. For International Shipments, check the section below.
- Find out your Consignment Number which is given on your Waybill.
- Select Domestic from the given list of options.
- Enter your consignment number in the text field.
- Click track.
- You can now track the movement of your shipment.
You can also follow the same steps with a Reference Number instead of Consignment Number if you have that.
International Shipments
International Shipments comprise of all consignments destined for locations out of India and serviced by TPC.
- Find out your Consignment Number which is given on your Waybill.
- Select International from the given list of options.
- Enter your consignment number in the text field.
- Click track.
- You can now track the movement of your shipment.
You can also follow the same steps with a Reference Number instead of Consignment Number if you have that.
Mass Shipment
