Every time you employ them to transfer your goods from one part of the country to another, they’ll give you a receipt along with an Air Waybill. The Air Waybill is basically a transcript stating that they are claiming ownership for your package until it reaches the destination for both logistical and legal reasons. This waybill will contain an Order Reference Number which will enable you to track your order here. Follow these steps to track your package:
- Search for your Order Reference Number on the receipt you received.
- Enter your Order Reference Number in the text field.
- Click on Track.
You can now track the status of your package through every hub in its way.
