China EMS Tracking
China EMS Tracking

China EMS is the Worldwide Express Mail Service as owned by the Chinese National Government. It is responsible for relaying all Express Mailing Services inside of China as well as overseas. The following guide is meant to help you track your courier shipped via their organisation. Read on to find out how.

Steps to Track

Tracking your shipment from China EMS is quite simple. All you need is the Tracking Number. You can find the same on your Waybill, which is a legal contract wherein their enterprise takes the responsibility of transporting your goods to the appropriate destination while taking care of it. This not only doubles up as a receipt but also protects both the parties involved from a variety of legal issues. This is why the tradition of the Waybill is followed ever since its conception in the days of old. Follow the steps below to track your courier:

  1. Search for your Tracking Number on your Waybill.
  2. Enter your Tracking Number into the text field.
  3. Enter the Correct Captcha in the corresponding Text Field.
  4. Click on Track.

You should now be able to track the latest location of your courier across China.

Tracking using our Tool

Tracking using our tool is quite simple. All you need to do is enter the Tracking Number into the Text Field and click on Track. A new window will open, showing you the location of your courier and all the places it has been through previously on its way to the destination.

Customer Support and Helpline

Delivering couriers can be quite a gamble. Anything can happen to your courier. It can get damaged in transit despite the best care given to it. Furthermore, your courier can also get lost or stolen despite the best vigilance provided. Otherwise, your courier also might get delivered to the wrong address entirely because of a tiny little mix-up. However, that’s not the worse that can happen.

However, if everything goes according to plan, your courier will find its way to the appropriate address on or before time and in perfect health. Now if you consider how this happens more often than not, you’ll realise that China EMS does a pretty good job of transporting your goods. Hence, if you’d like to contact them to commend them for their service, lodge a complaint, provide them with some feedback, or simply open up new business opportunities for yourself, you can reach out to them via the following means:

  • You can send them a mail at
    No. 14, Taipinngu Dongli,
    Xuanwumen West Street No.127,
    Xicheng District,
    Beijing 100031,
  • You can call them on +86 10 11183.

We would like to remind you that we are not responsible for your courier or the contents within seeing how we’re merely here to help you track it. All responsibilities of the same remain with you and the company involved.

About China EMS / China ePacket

China EMS is the worldwide Express Mailing Service as provided by the Chinese Postal Service. This is separate from their national postal service, China Post even though it is a subsidiary of the same. It was co-founded in 2010 by China Post and 31 other provincial subsidiaries as a State-owned postal service. Their service reaches all 31 provinces of China and 200 countries worldwide. The company recruits nearly 100,000 employees and operates 45,000 business outlets.

Even though Express mailing service could be traced back to 1980 in China, it wasn’t until 2010 that the company was established as a separate entity. International Express Mailing Service was first started in the country in 1980 and Domestic EMS was first started in 1984, four years after its international counterpart. Soon, they introduced Cash on Delivery services in 1997. After that, they started expanding into logistics services in 2000. The company began providing Supply Chain Financing and Millrun services in 2008 and Warehousing services in 2009. Finally, in 2010 the company was conceived. You can read more particulars about their history at their site.

The organisation provides a wide variety of services which can be broadly distributed into two types, Logistics Services and Express Services. Their Express Services comprise of Domestic and International Postal and Parcel services such as Expedited Post, Economic Post, Express Post, Cash on Delivery, e-commerce services, and prepaid services. Their Logistics Services comprises of LTL Shipments, Warehousing services, Cold Supply Chain Solutions and Finance, and other Logistics services. These Logistics services include Distribution, After Sales Logistics, and Inbound Logistics. They generally provide these Logistics Services to corporates within the Technology, Automobile, Pharmacy, and FMCG industry even though they can accommodate other industries for the use of their services as well. Their organisation provides a wide variety of services for a State-owned corporation, and that makes up a major part of their charm. They can provide you with all kinds of services that you can ever require as long as it is restricted to Logistics and Express Delivery.

China EMS has 45,000 outlets all across the country of China which cover all five of their provinces completely. This essentially enables them to serve the entire country all at once. They can transport your courier from one corner of the country to the other overnight. And as if that wasn’t impressive enough, their broad network allows them to ship your courier to any part of the globe with a coverage of more than 200 countries. Now that’s the reach and power of their organisation.
