B2C Europe is Europe’s widest distribution channel aimed at providing service to e-commerce corporations all around the continent. They take pride in making their presence across Europe feel like a local one. The following guide is aimed at helping you track your package shipped via their company. Read on to find out how.
Steps to Track
Tracking a B2C Europe package can be a little tedious. There are three things which you need to track it. The destination country, the order number or Track Your Parcel Number, and the destination postcode. While you will find all three or the required values on your Waybill, whether you get an Order Number or a Track Your Parcel Number will depend entirely upon whether you’re the seller or the customer. You will receive an Order Number if you’re the seller. On the other hand, you’ll find a Track Your Parcel Number in your copy of the receipt of sales if you’re the customer. Before we head into tracking your courier, a waybill is basically a sales receipt which also gives both the client and the shipping party legal protection against a variety of false legal claims. Follow the steps below to track your parcel:
- Search for your Destination zip code and your Order Number (Track Your Parcel Number if you’re the customer) from your Waybill or receipt.
- (Optional) Select your country from the given list of countries in the drop-down menu.
- Enter your Order Number (TYP Number) in the appropriate text field.
- Enter the Destination Zip Code or Postcode in the corresponding text field.
- Click on Track.
After all that, you should now be able to track the location of your courier as it travels across Europe.
Using our Tracking Tool
Tracking using our tool is quite simple. All you need is the Order Number or the TYP Number. Just enter the number into the text field and click on Track. A new window will open, showing you the latest location of your courier as well its history.
Customer Support and Helpline
Shipping and Delivering couriers can be quite a difficult task. It requires a lot of precision and punctuality. The tiniest of mistakes can cost the company a lot. Major blunders can be a catastrophic failure to operations and may take years to recover from.
Despite the best care given to your package, anything might happen to it. It can get damaged in transit. Furthermore, your package may get lost or stolen. If worse may come to pass, your package might even get delivered to the wrong address entirely. But that’s just the beginning of where things can go bad.
However, if everything proceeds according to plan, your package will reach the destination completely safe and sound on or before the estimated time for delivery. And that’s something which usually occurs more often than not. Hence, if you wish to reach out to B2C Europe to commend them for their service, lodge a complaint, open new business opportunities or simply provide them with some feedback, you can contact them via the means below:
