Tracking a B2C Europe package can be a little tedious. There are three things which you need to track it. The destination country, the order number or Track Your Parcel Number, and the destination postcode. While you will find all three or the required values on your Waybill, whether you get an Order Number or a Track Your Parcel Number will depend entirely upon whether you’re the seller or the customer. You will receive an Order Number if you’re the seller. On the other hand, you’ll find a Track Your Parcel Number in your copy of the receipt of sales if you’re the customer. Before we head into tracking your courier, a waybill is basically a sales receipt which also gives both the client and the shipping party legal protection against a variety of false legal claims. Follow the steps below to track your parcel:
- Search for your Destination zip code and your Order Number (Track Your Parcel Number if you’re the customer) from your Waybill or receipt.
- (Optional) Select your country from the given list of countries in the drop-down menu.
- Enter your Order Number (TYP Number) in the appropriate text field.
- Enter the Destination Zip Code or Postcode in the corresponding text field.
- Click on Track.
After all that, you should now be able to track the location of your courier as it travels across Europe.
